The Center for Educational Guidance and Psychological Care at the University of Basra organized a visit to the Social Research Unit in the Basra Court of Appeal, with the participation of the center’s students, and the visit aims to identify the nature of the services provided by this unit and to coordinate work between the Educational Guidance Center and the Social Research Unit. By doing coexistence for one day a week to meet the couples who are about to divorce in order to know the psychological reasons to reduce this phenomenon, especially among newly married young people.

The Director of the Center, Assistant Professor Dr. Hana Sadiq Al-Badran, said that the center’s staff is ready to provide all counseling and psychological services to this unit, and it was agreed with the six, Adela Judah Rashid, responsible for the Social Research Unit, that the center would cohabit in court for a period of three months, one day a week, and conduct a training course.
